Hello!

We have created a field of Ryukyu indigo produced on Amami Island, which is being lost on Kakaroma Island.
They insert, grow indigo, make muddy indigo, build, dye, and
I hope to revive the “Amami indigo dyeing” culture by working on the entire process of making the works…

With this in mind, we launched the “Amami Indigo Dye Revival Project
With the warm cooperation and help of many people, we have been working on indigo dyeing for a year 🌸✨.

The small Ryukyu indigo seedlings, which were shared with us by the indigo growers in Okinawa, are now being used in the production of indigo plants in the U.S.A.
Since then, they’ve grown up and we took cuttings in June and the seedlings are growing 🌿✨.

I was afraid that the salt damage from numerous typhoons would kill it.
Every time I go to check on the seedlings, I am happy to see that they have grown up and are safe and happy 💖.

We’ll be doing another round of cuttings in December to add to our growing crop of seedlings!

In February this year, we held the “Amami Indigo Dyeing Exhibition” in various places.
Thank you so much for the many people who came to the event 💖.

Since then, we have received various orders and have continued to create indigo-dyed works.

On the morning of Saturday, January 14, Junichi’s annual event is held at various locations.
We will also have a talk session on “Fortune Trends and Countermeasures for the Year 2023” based on Nine Star Chiromancy!
